Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues via email. You will work hands-on with IT requests, following up with our external partners and providing feedback to users.

Your profile:
- You have an IT support qualification or previous experience in a similar role.
- You can communicate fluently in English
- And you also have an interest in modern technology and know your way around basic IT, e.g. MS Office suite, Service Now and Windows OS - we'll teach you the rest!
